First-time buyer, a little scared because of all the **** apps. So I was ready for pay but my discount was not working, I was like hmmmm this does not sound good for me but I emailed and contacted them about it. After a couple of minutes, Alex sent me an email and helped me navigate the website and check out my product. I'm so happy with the great customer services. I'm so happy with my order by PTC. I love it a lot because it is super fun to open and you get good cards and they are really cool I recommend it I like it alot
This is a future edit: so far these packs are a good deal however I did run into a few hick ups on the way. I did email them after a week after I placed the order to see if my transaction went through, they assured me it was sent however i did ask for my tracking number and I didn’t receive a reply but the following week is when I received my tracking number so be patient with them. over all the experience was fun once I got to open the packs however these cards that I got mainly consisted of Japanese releases. if you don’t mind them in Japanese the value of these cards are great however do your own research on what you get before misjudging them like I did. So here my honest review on these cards
The BEST quality and quantity in terms of custom pokemon packs. Each of these are cards are made to perfection and I’m very happy with what I received and added to my collection. I ordered another one not too long after I got mine haha!

I ordered this not too long ago, and it was super fun to do a pack opening! The seller gave me lots of cards I wouldn’t have picked for myself so I could fill my binder a bit more!

I was so impressed with the quality of the cards and the care they put into the packaging. I had problems with shipping but it was no fault of their’s. They are very prompt to respond to emails. Can’t recommend them enough. I will be making another purchase again.
