EU Right of Withdrawal – Returns & Cancellations
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
How to start a return or cancellation:
- If you checked out with an email address, log in to your account at https://account.premiertradingcards.com, open your order, and submit a return or cancellation request.
- If you checked out with a phone number only, use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation to submit your request.
Sending items back: You must return the items within 30 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Your refund will include the original standard outbound shipping cost. Expedited shipping upgrades are non-refundable.
Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to final sale products
