ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Under no circumstances will refunds or exchanges be accepted once production is underway, as each box is uniquely crafted to the customer's specifications. By engaging in our services, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Final Sale Policy. PTC Collectibles reserves the right to update or modify this policy as necessary, with any changes becoming effective upon posting.

The following applies to "custom boxes" or "assorted lots":

Cards are randomly inserted in each box. The cards shown or listed in any promotional material are for demonstration purposes only and may or may not be contained inside each box. The odds of receiving a specific card are completely random and distributed throughout the entire product run. There is no written, oral, or implied guarantee or representation that the purchaser will receive any specific card. PTC Collectibles is not affiliated with the manufacturers of these items, and all logos and trademarks used on the cards are registered and licensed trademarks. PTC Collectibles makes no representations or warranties as to the use of any logo or trademark. The purchaser is solely responsible for the legal use of all logos and trademarks. The cards inside the product have been purchased from the secondary market and repackaged for resale by PTC Collectibles. By purchasing the product, you agree to these terms.
